1.) Why should I attend this Conference?

The World Hindu Economic Forum (WHEF) brings together financially successful elements within Hindu society such as industrialists, traders, technocrats, investors, businesspersons, bankers, professionals, along with economists and thinkers, so that each group can share their business knowledge, expertise and resources with their fellow brethren. The end goal is to generate surplus wealth and make society prosperous.

The WHEF journey began in 2012 at Hong Kong, followed by successful annual forums in Bangkok 2013, New Delhi 2014, London 2015, Los Angeles 2016, Chicago 2018 and several regional forums along the way. Delegates from past forums have extended their network, made lasting connections, struck deals, found investors/partners/mentors, and gained insight on various topics.

Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra state and the financial capital of Bharat, has an estimated GDP of $210 billion. It contributes more than 6% of Bharat’s GDP, 60% of the country’s customs duty collections and 30% of income tax collections. This makes Mumbai the ideal destination to host the annual WHEF conference given the immense business opportunities across all industries for participants. Today, Bharat is on the threshold of becoming a great economy. 2.) How do I Register for the Conference?

Registration for WHEF [email protected] must be done online by filling out this registration form.  Registration and payment must be done separately for each individual attending the conference, irrespective of spouse relation, attending in a group etc.  Registration closes on 31 August 2019, and fee is as below

  • Male Delegates INR 20000
  • Female Delegates INR 15000
  • Student Delegates INR 10000 (will need to provide valid Student ID-Card)
  • MSME Group registration (3 delegates from one MSME) – INR 50000

Note: Registration fees include 3 Lunches and 2 Dinners, Refreshments and Conference material.


3.) How do I pay the Registration Fee?

The registration fee has to be paid in advance and in full – there is no concept of partial/daily registration. Registration and payment must be done separately for each individual attending the conference, irrespective of spouse relation, attending in a group etc. In case of MSME group registration, one invoice will be raised in name of MSME, which will enable 3 delegates (who will still need to register separately) to attend.

After submitting the registration form, you will be directed to make online payment through CCAvenue payment gateway to complete the registration.


4.) How can I confirm my registration?

You will receive a registration confirmation email along with payment receipt from the WHEF secretariat, once your registration & payment is complete. For any queries, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]


5.) What is the accommodation booking procedure?

Delegates may choose to stay at the conference venue, Grand Hyatt, and avail a discounted rate by visiting the hotel booking website. Kindly ensure you have completed registration before you proceed for hotel room booking.


6.) I need a Visa to attend. Who can help?
